Work Description: Install concrete pad for additional parking.

Comments: Sitecrete did an awesome job adding a 22' by 22' concrete parking pad to my existing driveway. They were very professional, talented and men of high character. It was a pleasure to do business with such nice people.

Work Description: Concrete Pad and Fence - Install

Comments: Sitecrete 's work was subpar and I would not use them for any jobs. Bobby Moore , apparently the owner, even asked me for an extra $200 stating that the contract was "fixed price level of effort" which it was not. It was a firm fixed price contract and the job is unfinished as I will have to shorten the gate so it doesn't scrape on the concrete floor---which he stated was a benefit!! They did not clean up and remove the grass they dug up to pour the concrete pad and even the last time they came by to finish the gate they left a small cardboard box with trash in it for me to throw away!!! I would never hire sitecrete again nor recommend them for anything.
You can see my work in second picture of my photos gallery. On this job I supplied the labor Mr Smith supplied the fence. He order the wrong size gate after he had designed the project himself. I even picked up and delivered the fence all for my labor price. The fence company wanted 200 to deliver. I had installed the concrete and the fence but the gate wouldn't work with his design. He was going out of town and asked me to solve the gate problem . I agreed and told him it would be a small additional cost. Once the work was completed he refused to pay 200 dollars for an extra day of my time and second delivery. I covered Mr Smith as I do with all my customers. He became disrespectful when we disagreed and I refused to be cussed at.

Comments: I would never hire sitecrete to do any more concrete work me. The crack lines on the driveway was really crooked an it was a dip on the driveway. They did not clean up when they finished. They left excess concrete in my grass. The Quality of the work was very poor. Never again
Mr Tillman didn't mention that I saved from a big mistake in his design by calling to his attention that we couldn't build in the set back. Big savings to him. He didn't mention that I graded his yarn for sod and hauled off debris that he thought was top soil , no charge. He added to the concrete job by changing the design, no extra charge. The concrete company took three hrs. To return with second load. This made impossible to get a perfect alignment with the control joints , half inch off set. I'm really surprised that he made such effort to hurt me after I did so much to help me. I think his review was mean and ungrateful and didn't reflect the job I did for him.
