Work Description: Pavers - Patios, Walks & Steps - Install
Comments: Showtime called me after I had already tried to schedule another company to fix my sagging pavers, but they could not get to the project for a few days. Owner said he would, "have a crew out to my place at 7 am tomorrow morning at the same price as the other contractor." The crew never showed and after multiple attempts to contact him I got a message saying that they would be out here on Saturday. Saturday came and they didn't show again. I let him know that I had hired someone else to complete the job. Businesses these days don't operate on a customer first policy and always seem to pick and chose the most profitable jonlbs over those that wish to be scheduled in the orelder the work is requested. It is unfortunate that Showtime operates the same way.-
