• Sherman Electric technicians will arrive within a small appointment window. If they do not arrive within this window, your trip charge will be waived.

• Sherman Electric will only send a well qualified, properly certified, technician to your home.

• Sherman Electric's philosophy on cleanliness is basically this - no part of the technician, their tools, or materials should touch anything of yours. This means booties when walking indoors, latex gloves while working, lots of drop cloths and placing tools and materials on mats. When we are done we will vacuum anything that may have gotten past our best efforts.

• The full and complete price to complete the project will be presented to you before any work is started. This price includes everything involved in the job so there are no surprises when the invoice is presented.
