Work Description: Had to troubleshoot a tripping circuit breaker

Comments: Mike did an exemplary job. He was very honest and his expertise was evident. He diagnosed the problem and gave me options to correct the problem. There was no service fee on top of regular rate just to come out and for me that was the difference to use Sequoia. His regular rate was competitive to others. He was punctual and professional. Without hesitation I will call Mike from Sequoia Electric for any electrical issues in the future. Thank you Mike.

Work Description: Replacing an outlet that had been broken.

Comments: Mike was polite but for some reason when I was expecting an estimate, he completed the work. I understand that he was driving to Hanford, but the reason I agreed to meet with him at 8 o'clock in the morning was because he said that he was going to NAS Lemoore. I had other things to do and I had asked for a meeting in the afternoon.

Mike was very nice but I was not very happy having to pay $162.58. He charged me for 2 hours of labor when he was here for less than 30. The parts were minimal (less than $3 with tax).

The next time I will probably try t find someone from Hanford to avoid the excessive time charge.
