Comments: Mr. Lopez called within twenty (20) minutes of making the referral. He arrived a very short time later to assess the repair required and give the cost. The cost was very reasonable. He was prepared to start the work immediately. However, I suggested he start the next morning. Mr. Lopez and his crew's work was very professional and of excellent quality. Well Done! Our Homeowners Association & Individual Owners will seek his company's services in the near future.

Work Description: repairs on solid wood front door and trim, restore and replate brass hardware

Comments: Mr Lopez is a very congenial professional, however he is sometimes hard to reach and the whole project took about 10 days more than expected. He consented to a rebate for the tardiness.

Comments: We would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!!! The owner was NEVER punctual, cut too many corners, over charged us, and we had to point out to him what needed to be done to complete the job. Overall this was a nightmare.
