Comments: After being put on hold several times. Disconnected twice finally got a tech sales guy. After a discussion he said he’d email me the info. He never sent it. Terrible service, no follow up. Sears use to be a good company but no more. They just don’t care. Employees seem disinterested whether they get the order or not. They all need to be fired and rehire ppl that care.Fort Lauderdale FL
