Comments: *BEWARE*Scott Williams is a scam artist. He will take your deposit and not complete the job. It looks like he's been doing this to a few people.
He will water down the concrete to literal piss (detrimental to concrete strength) and will pour unevenly. I'm talking about 9" difference between two sides.
He will be responsive to phone calls initially but will drop off at a whim. I should have done my research before hiring this sh*thead. Lesson learned.
I've contacted the Ohio Attorney Generals office as well as the Ohio Dept. of Commerce regarding Scott.

Work Description: Patch work, fixing part of sidewalk that had sunk in.
Comments: Did ok job, not much you could do but made it safe for people walking down the street.
