Comments: Mr. Santos called me on Sunday, immediately after I made the request, and promised to be at my home on Monday morning to see what I needed. He showed up when he said he would on Monday; and came back on Tuesday, exactly when he said he would. He said the work would take less than an hour, gave me an estimate of the costs...and he was right on the mark. I already have future projects in mind and will definitely tell others about him.
