Juan Cervantes, founder of Santa Barbara Construction and Design, is passionate about bringing high-class quality construction services to the Santa Barbara region. With over 20 years of architectural and construction experience, he walks clients through every step of the construction process.


Juan studied architecture at the University of Michoachan in Mexico, where he started his training with rustic, colonial finishes and European-style design for large haciendas. Juan's passion is designing and constructing accessible spaces for the elderly, wounded veterans, and other people with special construction needs.

Juan grew up in a large family, dedicated to caring for each other and giving to others. He instills these values in his construction team and supports several local charitable organizations. Juan works with the White Heart Foundation to support wounded vets, as well as volunteering for the Catholic Seminary and Ventura County Caregivers.
