RomStar Construction Company was started by Mike Ungureanu back in 1985 while working in Sacramento California. Then in 1990, Mike incorporated his own business in Sacramento under the name Romstar Construction Inc. He holds licenses as General Building Contractor, Electrical General Contractor, Landscape and Painter Contractor, Laminated and Wood Floor Installing, Ceramic and Mosaic Tile, he also does Granite and Quartz Countertops.
Our classy custom countertops and floorings are used in a variety of settings: residential and commercial kitchens, bathrooms, professional medical/dental offices and facilities, outdoor kitchens, and workshops. Rather than conforming your project to restrictive shapes and sizes often experienced through the home improvement .

Comments: RomStar Construction completed a large custom home project that was over 16,500 sq ft. The amount of detail that they put into this home is outstanding. The level of artistry that they put into the bathrooms and kitchens is remarkable. Everything they worked on for this house is outstanding and beautiful. I highly recommend RomStar Construction for any custom home or remodeling projects. They go beyond getting the project done and make an artistic masterpiece.

We appreciated the tradesmen Romstar employs. The quality of their work and attention to detail are outstanding. Being on the job site with them, it was obvious they take pride in their work.
