Work Description: Repair metal tile roof after solar panels were installed by a solar energy provider, who did an improper installation of these panels.
Comments: I initially contracted Ramon Garcia to repair (or replace) several damaged metal tiles on my roof. The damage was inflicted when a solar energy company installed panels on the roof. Upon inspection of the roof, Ramon pointed out that the panels were improperly installed, and that the roof would leak over time, causing rotting of the lower (shake) roof. I verified his analysis, and also contracted him to "redo" the solar installation, since he has proven experience in that field. He did an excellent job in repairing a faulty installation that would have been very costly to fix after the rainy season.
