Comments: The encounter started out on the right foot when the Roman Electric Plumber, Armand Virsnieks, called me to tell me he would arrive in about 15 minutes. When ho got to my door, he introduced himself and presented his business card.I showed him to the sump pump and told him what I had done and observed. He then looked over the situation and in a few minutes he brought me his determination as to what was needed along with his estimate of the cost. By the way, in addition to the inoperative sump pump, he noticed that the check valve on the battery backup pump was leaking. His estimate included replacing that check valve as well as replacing the defective electrical pump and its check valve.
I agreed to his proposal and left him to his work. In a surprisingly short time, he reported back that the installation was complete and asked me to check it out. I did. Not only was the installation done, but he had cleanup up his work area. Next he asked me to show him where the sump pump exhaust was outside the house. Together, we verified the the pump was delivering the sump water to the ditch in front of our home.
In summary, it was a pleasure to have Armand in our home. He was pleasant, professional, and extremely proficient! I hope I do not need another visit for a long time, but whenever I need a plumber, Roman Electric will be my first choice.

Comments: We live in a loft with an open concept and the electrican box was a distance away and it was not easy to route the wires. Anthony Schmidt the estimator was able to work out the best way to do the work at a very reasonable price. Anthony was right on time for the estimate and Gary Mirenda who came to do the work was also on time. Both were were very professional.
