Comments: Mr. Rorigues was very professional, polite, eager to perform the job. He was only to respond to the project, other did not bother to call. I have to admit his wife/secretary is a tremendous help. I loved his bid and hired him on the spot. a few days later he showed up, punctual and was done with the job in four hours.
