Comments: I had a very very bad experience my water heater broke i was assigned this plumber thru my American Home Shield they will never return your calls i would call leave messaged just trying to get an update on when they were going to return to fixed my water heater you are directed to an answering service that cannot answer your questions only take messages and youre calls will never be returned no matter what the urgency is very disatisfying when they did come to repair i got a (damaged dented) which they where supposed to have replaced with a new unit???????Berwyn IL

Work Description: Basement Sewer back up
Comments: one of the worst jobs ever. they said it was clogged and that they cleaned it out. few hours later, twice the amount of water and now sewage. tried calling and calling to have them come back, took several hours for a call back and then told me I would have to wait another day with a basement full of sewer mess. one crappy job and now one larger mess. Work Description: Two bathroom faucets installed in a vanity. I provided the faucets. I just wanted a quote.
Comments: J & B Plumbing and American Rooter never even contacted me with a quote at all. I had been greatly overcharged by Yes Plumbing for installation of two bathroom faucets and got quotes after the fact from Windy City and Rockland. Both those companies were quick to call and give me a quote and I would use either of them in the future but would advise everybody to avoid Yes Plumbing!-
