Work Description: Eliminate Ants from Condos
Comments: R M Termites handles the outside of our condo development. They have ben here many times, and the ant problem still exists. Nothing has really gotten better. two weeks ago, they came in to try and handle ithe problem from the inside. It is better, but we still have ants. Not much has really been done to improve the situation. I am on the board of our association, and wil recommend another exterminating company who can do the job correctly.Somerset NJ

Work Description: Bedbugs treatement
Comments: I am writing the entire story of what has happened with us. In August, we discovered bedbugs and started calling different companies. RM and other company responded and we had both of them inspect our house and took quotes. RM people had lower quote and promised plethora of services and apprently, like any customer, we went ahead.On the very first day of treatment, they came and told us that we were supposed to clean all the closets. We told them we were never informed. They apologised and rescheduled and we cleaned the entire house for the treatment. Even after the treatement, we still spotted bedbugs and we were told that it will take couple of weeks for them to disappear. After a fortnight, they came for a follow up. We showed them pictures of bedbugs that we were still spotting and the person who visited our house for inspection told us that it will take couple of months and we should not bring back any of our clothing inside unless we are 100% sure. So, we did wait for couple of months. After that we still spotted bedbugs and had the inspector come and check our house. The inspector came and told us that there are still some of them and need to be treated. The very next day, we received a quote of $975 saying our previous treatment plan expired as it has been more than 60 days. When we told them that we waited for everything to go away, they informed us that these are new bedbugs and must have been brought by some guest. In the last couple of months, we had only one guest for 2-3 hours. When we told them the same, they blamed our guest, bedbugs and everything on the earth except for themselves.
Today, we had another inspector come to our house for regular inspection and when we asked him to check for bedbugs, he said, he is not 'supposed' to check but he will do it anyways. He checked and said he sees spottings. When we tried to explain him about our experience, he started saying that we are blaming him and attacking him. Attack? Really? We are very very upset. We live on one paycheck and are very hygeinic people. This is an unforseen circumstance for us and now we are hopeless. This is what my husband and I are experiencing and we will not continue their services. At this point we are still struggling but we need to accept that we made a wrong choice.
Pros- Very punctual with appointments. very prompt in response. staff is courteous. customer care is very good.
Cons- unhappy with the treatment.
