Rimco Construction, has been in business since 2002. It was started as a service company for the real estate industry. Realtor's who needed exterior repairs completed before an important deadline, or as a result of a non favorable home inspection, would contract with Rimco Construction and the deficiencies were repaired so the Realtors, could close the transaction.
In 2011 Rimco Construction decided to open its construction service to everyone. Rimco Construction specializes in residential exterior repair. The owner Doug Rimington is a Licensed Contractor in Nebraska and Iowa and has held a Nebraska Real Estate license since 1999. When we offer construction consultation and service we always take a sales value approach especially on insurance jobs. We do everything we can to hold property value to a high standard.
