Hi, this is Mike Stefaniak, owner of Right-Way, and I would like to welcome you to the home of Right-Way Plumbing. Haven’t heard of us? We’ve been in business since 2000 serving the Milwaukee area. Our company prides ourselves on quality workmanship. Our motto is “Because there's only one way...the Right Way”. What is the right way? Read on and find out.
Everything we do is customer focused. We strive for the best customer service possible. It is our goal to solve a problem completely, the first time. Our technicians are Union trained and undergo continuing education to insure we are up to date with the latest codes and technologies.
The cleanliness of your home is important to us. We use shoe protectors and drop cloths to protect the integrity of your home. Our goal is to leave your home as clean, or cleaner than it was upon our arrival.
We are all licensed journeyman plumbers or greater with the proper liability insurance and bonds to take on your project. Every time you call Right-Way, you will get a licensed plumber to take care of your call. Some companies use unlicensed technicians, or apprentices. These people may lack the experience required to efficiently handle your problem.
Right-Way Plumbing offers competitive rates. We don’t use dishonest pricing schemes, or recommend unnecessary repairs. When you call us, you will get an accurate, honest assessment of your problem along with any additional recommended repairs. We don’t add on any surprise truck fee, show up fee or fuel surcharge either. You will know our total price, without the hidden fees.
Material selection is important as well. We only use top quality materials, built to provide many years of dependable service. We provide PVC or cast-iron waste piping, Uponor professional quality Pex, or copper water distribution. All of our piping is contractor grade.
