Comments: Our deck turned out exactly as hoped, actually better than hoped. We discussed a floating deck behind our garage, 6x22 with a 8x10 section on the end. It also has a ramp. Tim was very professional and great to work with. Tim came in with a great estimate. Tim and Ray built it in just over a day. They arrived when expected. Everything was spotless when they finished the job. Thanks for the wonderful deck. We will certainly enjoy it for a very long time!!!

Work Description: Tim built a deck last summer. He did a great job. Since then he has put a ceiling fan in. Today he replaced our toliet.

Comments: Even if Tim is really busy he fits us in. I would definitely recommend him. He is going to do some kitchen work for us in the summer.

Work Description: Deck and was supposed to do a window

Comments: Although he built a decent deck, we always felt like we had to track him down. Always full of excuses as to why this or that wasn't getting done. Delay after delay. Tear down took forever, stuff was left either in our yard or on the side way after the deck was as complete as it was going to get. We gave him a down payment for a window he was to install and never did. I had track him down through a reference. He would never return our calls about the window and lied a lot, always another lie-excuse. Finally got the money back we gave him to order the window, again only because I got a hold of a reference. Un-reliable, perhaps he should get someone to manage and organize. Oh another thing, the name of the company he did our work and bid under was rrp llc.
Deb I am sorry you feel as if I wasn’t as communicative as you would have liked. I strive to be as responsive as possible however when the communication becomes an infringement on my personal time I have to set boundaries. You called and text at all hours, weekends included. I took great care to build your deck and in an effort to save you money I tried to forgo having to replace the joists and case on’s. No other contractor would even consider just replacing the decking. When I took the deck boards off and realized your joists had significant rot I stopped the job and scheduled a time to show you the damage and to discuss your best options. I saved you literally thousands of dollars and you have a beautiful, solid deck as a result of my work. I appreciate you giving me a 4 star on my quality of craftsmanship because I do quality work for all my clients. After the deck was complete you asked if I would be willing to replace a large living room window and I agreed to do so for several thousand dollars under fair market value for this area. I agreed to do so because I believe in trying to build long term relationships with my customers and to bring both quality and value to them. I love what I do and care about my customers. I ordered your window however when it came in I discovered it had been damaged in shipping and therefore I had to reorder the window. Upon contacting my wife, she immediately looked into the matter and promptly responded on my behalf which makes sense since she runs the office. Because of your aggressive nature my wife and I decided the best course of action was to give you a FULL REFUND on the down payment for the job even though you asked her several times to complete the window install anyway. The refund was immediately and conveniently returned using priority mail delivering a bank issued certified check. We kept you informed on our decision to withdraw and to give you a full refund and sent you the tracking information the same day that we withdrew from the job. Again I am sorry that you do not feel satisfied with the way I conducted myself. I did the best that I could do to meet your needs. When I felt you were disgruntled I decided that it was best to refund your money so that you could hire a contractor who was a better fit for you.

Comments: Tim and Charlie helped us last minute on a Saturday and they were great. We knew exactly when to expect Tim’s arrival and he seemed to be a great problem solver.

The door opens and closes again, and now we know how to fix it if the same thing happens in the future. Will definitely hire for future jobs!! Thanks, guys!

Work Description: Kitchen Deck Remodel

Comments: We hired RRP to remodel our kitchen and to rebuild our deck. Tim did a extraordinary job remodeling our kitchen. He put in all new cabinets, tore down a wall between our kitchen and den. He built an 8' bar between the two rooms and rebuilt our deck which came off our den. He did high quality work and was great to work with. He was mindful of our living space during the remodel and worked hard to get it all done in a timely manner. I had gotten 3 bids and RRP was not only the most affordable, we felt like they really cared about what we wanted to do and took the time to explain in detail the scope of the project and offer suggestions as to how to use our space most efficiently given our budget. We will definitely use this company for any projects we do in the future!

Comments: Tim did a great job on the installation of the French patio doors. He made himself available to come to the house within days of our first conversation. Once we decided to move forward he finished the job within days. Tim was responsive in his communication and up front with the cost of the project. I would highly recommend Tim and plan to contact him for future projects.

Comments: Tim gave a decent price to put in my patio. He did it in the time he said he would get it done. It looks great. I wish I could ad a photo of the patio he did for me. Words can never give it justice. I would hire him for any of my work I need done to my house.
