For my initial inquiry, I spoke with Justin. He described the values of the company and their process. He was very open and trustworthy about things, and even re-scheduled my free estimate last minute without any hassle.
During my free estimate, I met with the entire team. They were able to give me ideas and tailor specific designs to my budget in mind. With other competitors, I always felt as if I was either sacrificing quality or price for my desired remolding goals. After, I was provided with a detailed quote, payment options and schedule, and an estimated of completion. Once the contract was signed, we met with their project manager. They really re-assured me of the quality of work I was getting and gave me daily updates, which made me feel at ease during the process.
I can say, the Revive Kitchen And Bath team was true to their word from beginning to end. I'm extremely happy about our bathroom remolding, and foresee using them in the future.
