Work Description: Two pipe jacks and their boots were replaced on the roof. Ceiling drywall had to be replaced in the garage under the roof leak. Some netting was put up on roof to keep birds away from building nests. An entrance from the roof to the attic was never found where light was getting into the attic.
Comments: Absolutely awful. I would not rehire nor refer. I guess the pipe jacks on the roof are repaired properly; I have no way to determine unless there is another leak in the garage ceiling. I should have called a roofer and then a drywaller. They put the drywall up on the ceiling repair, didn't let it dry to sand down, and painted. You can see the seams around the drywall repair. The netting was fastened with caulk; no nails, just a caulking substance. It took less than two hours and my charge was $1300. They did not even cover my garage floor with a tarp; just let everything fall to the floor - paint, drywall, etc. I should have known better when the owner came out in his car with no sign on it. Networx should vet better.
