Comments: Hi there. I was very happy with the communication leading up to the paint day. However, although the man was very polite and welcoming, I was not fully satisfied with the paint job. Towards the end of the job, he asked me to check if he was done. At the moment I realized, there was paint on the ceiling, paint dripping from the door trim, there was no painters tape put on the trip so the paint got on the white trim (so I had to buy paint after to repaint the trim) , and the crease of the wall between the two paint colors was not polished. I’m not sure if maybe he did not have the right style paintbrush? I told him the job was fine because I had to leave the house at the point so I figured there was not much he could do. I was really looking forward to continue working with him as I was looking for handy man services in the future but after this, I’m not sure I’m satisfied with the quality of the work.Oviedo FL

About $1000 wasted. None of the repairs were completed. Serious water damage caused by this contractor. Wheelchair ramp is useless at such a steep angle that is dangerous to use and was never secured down. Multiple attempts made to resolve this issue with the contractor and he just disappeared. Had to call in a plumber and spend another $400 on top of what I paid Cleo/contractor, to fix the mess under the sink. I have to have the lumber used for the ramp removed too. Cleo walked away with about $1,000 of my money and I learned not to trust contractors.
