Comments: Last rainfall we had severe leaks in our offices. Turned out to be roof drains connection and a bad penetration job on a vent. Mark did a great job of finding the source and stopping the leak even as it continued to rain. Highly recommended.
Sometimes the rain can help when it comes to finding a leak. But it’s using advanced top of the line products that perform under any condition to solve any issue, even in the rain, and be able to guarantee it.

Work Description: Asphalt shingle repair and replace

Comments: Mark came out after the recent wind storms had torn parts of my roof off. I had another contractor already replace some areas and they blue off again. Mark fixed the damaged area at the price set, and then went over all the areas previously done to make sure they would not fly off again like before. Everything held through the rest of the wind storms and we are very happy. Mark got it done right and at a very fair price. He is clean and professional. I would recommend Mark for any roofing needs.

It’s never easy when work has to be done over that was paid to be completed already. And then what if there is an issue again. We don’t worry about the that though. Doesn’t matter the circumstances, if we accept the work, we accept the liability and the responsibility. Best to make sure it’s done right and put into it what is needed to do so. The only return to a project we want to make is for something we haven't fixed for the last time for you yet.

In the recent wind storms, some of the worst California has ever seen, we saw many roofs that had sections damaged or blown of, both new and old roofs. We conducted a survey and concluded that every roof with InduraRoof coating had zero issues, even in areas that all the neighbors had damage. They really mean durability that lasts a lifetime.

Comments: Mark did a good job of diagnosing our water leak problem, and gave me an estimate based on the work we saw that needed to be done. Unfortunately, his conduct was not exactly what I would call professional. It was basically a handshake deal, but I didn't expect what he would end up doing. He acted really erratic at times and would tell me a start time and show up hours later, or say he was going to lunch and come back 6 hours later. I just figured he had other jobs to go to, so whatever. He removed our tiles and installed some new felt where it was needed and then said, “ok, your home won't leak, I'm done”. All the lifted tiles were still sitting there. Several were broken and the new felt was uncovered. We had talked about doing some additional work down the line at some point, so he said "no point in putting the tiles back because that's extra work". Problem is, we had major storms coming and my wife and I insisted that he finish the job and put the tiles back as we didn't know when we would want to continue with a larger job. After some strange back-and-forth messaging he asked for double the original quote to put the tiles back saying “it's not worth my time”. In the end, he was quite rude to me and I ended up becoming a roofer and re-installed the tiles myself before the storms arrived. If you need a quick job and are desperate, then use these guys, otherwise go elsewhere.
