Comments: I hired this company in November of last year to replace a broken brick on my front porch steps. The men sent out to do this repair told me that they could not remove the remaining piece of brick, and cemented the two halves of broken brick together, assuring me that it would last. It did not. Within a few weeks, the brick was broken in half again. They charged me $350 for this. I asked that they come out and fix the problem or give me a refund.. After a few months of giving me the runaround, they ended up ghosting me. A few weeks ago, my neighbor, not a professional by any stretch, replaced the brick - the one Redemption said couldn't be replaced - for $30. I will never call this company for anything again, and I will never recommend them to anyone. They lied to me, cheated me, and basically stole from me.
