Comments: ripoff. this company was assigned to me through home warranty. he took my service fee, said he will put in a request for a new a/c, and i haven't heard from him since. he never completed the job. ignores phone calls and doesn't respond to text message. Comments: Rashad AC and Heating is the best. He called and made an appointment to check the a/c. Was prompt , knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The new a/c was installed on Friday. They arrived on time. When finished, the cleaned up, showed the outside and inside unit and how to program the new thermostat. They are very knowledgeable and reliable!Gretna LA

Work Description: was able to get him to come over at the last minute and he showed up on time when we agreed. He analyzed the problem, added freon to my unit, discussed the future potential problems I would have with the leak in the coil and gave me a guess estimate for the major repairs
