Work Description: House addition
Comments: Doug Ramsey took a down payment of $13,000 from us to put an addition on our home in March 2022. As of now, mid-September, no work has been done. He promised us a full refund but has missed every deadline he set to repay the money and will not return our calls.Beachwood OH

Work Description: Was supposed to put in glass block in our home. He took a $787.50 deposit back in November 2017. We had to inquire several times when he would install the windows and got the run around. A refund was requested on 4/3/18 and he has yet to refund our money!
Comments: HE IS A SCAMMER. DO NOT USE HIM.
