Description: My name is Paul Banks and I come from a 3rd generation construction family. We provide all clients with a 1 year warranty on all work done and exceed expectations on a regular basis. Comments: Paul took our money, delivered wood, and we have never seen him. We went to small claims court and he never showed up. We learned from the police that they couldn’t find him at the address listed for his business. We also discovered that he spent time in prison for various crimes. Comments: Did not build to quoted price. Insisted on more money - too much for material cost. Did not finish on promised date - necessary for visitors. Said he was done but trim not done. Work Description: Handyman/ Bath Safety Upgrade
Comments: Paul was so good to work with on our project to make my Mother-in-Law's bathroom safer. He listened and found just the right options for us and our budget. He was honest about how well certain options work, how they would look, and how they might impact resale value if we ever sell. He and Eddie put in a new shower, where we used to have a tub, and installed high quality grab bars. They finished by painting the bathroom and trim to freshen it up. It looks fantastic. They are knowledgeable and their work is high quality. They are also efficient and fun to work with. We will definitely be hiring Triangle Contracting Group again for future projects and would recommend them to you too.-
