Comments: Master plumber, Queshawn Baffield, was the consummate professional. He communicated about every step and process involved from pulling the permit, to the city inspection and installation. Work Description: Replace toilet
Comments: Taking the lowest bid is not always a good idea. I will say the service person was nice and he was polite. I do think the problems were caused by lack of experience. When first installed the toilet tank rocked which the service person felt was acceptable. The hose from wall to toilet was too short and upon returning he found he had the wrong diameter hose. A trip to the store was required. After 2 visits and a trip to Home Depot the toilet is installed, and the tank is solid in its place. What I didn’t catch before he left was the improperly adjusted flush mechanism. It did not allow even close to enough water to enter the bowl and flush the waste. Even though he dropped the cost of installation I was so frustrated I went on line and learned how to adjust the water flow rate myself.Farmington MI

Work Description: I hired them to fix Gerber leaky faucets and a leaky tub.
Comments: I ordered warranty covered parts as they told me, for them to replace, for the dripping faucets. They also worked on a dripping drain trap. All of the work did not fix anything. They never came out or call, for 2 no show appointments to repair their bad work. This cost me $288. Now they have "phone problems" and their voice mailbox is full.-
