Work Description: Our furnace stopped heating and the fixed it quickly
Comments: Our furnace stopped heating early last week. At first we thought it was a fluke but our house was consistently colder than outside, and we even had to use a space heater.I made a request for a quote on google and immediately received responses from various companies. We went with All AC & Heating due to their reviews on here, and their availability on that Friday.
The technician who answered our call was Kenneth. He and the All AC & Heating team kept us updated on when we could expect him and sent a photo ahead of time so we knew who to expect.
Kenneth told us what he was going to do and how long it would take. At the end of his inspection he informed us that because our furnace was old (1999), the furnace ignition ( or is starter?) had given up on us.
He showed us various options that included replacing all the other smaller parts that could fail given the age of our furnace. We knew we would most likely replace the system within the next year, so we asked for what the bare minimum repair package would be, as well as opting for the 2x a year maintenance visit subscription.
We paid for the diagnostic visit and Kenneth shared what we could expect in terms of next steps. Things went exactly as Kenneth shared: the parts were ordered and arrived within 2-3 business days and Kenneth came to make the repairs on Tuesday.
He also cleaned the external AC unit as part of the maintenance package and changed out the filters in the air returns.
We're definitely glad we went with All AC & Heating and very much appreciate Kenneth's calm demeanor, professionalism and expertise!

Alex-the salesman was knowledgeable, and didn't push for unnecessary items. He worked with me with the pricing. And the install was set within a week, no complaints! I have to tell you my husband was very impressed with the job your team did. He liked how clean everything was left. From the delivery of the unit, to the removal of the old one and even after install, everything was left clean. Your tech was very efficient and professional. He was kind enough to install and set up Google Nest thermostat and showed me how to use the basic features.You guys were great! I will definitely recommend you, hands down!

A service technician was at the house that same afternoon. Alex (Service Tech) was professional, courteous, communicated clear & concise details of what he found, and, most importantly, had our unit up and running by 4pm that day. Comments: We had a wonderful experience with All Ac and Heating. Our job was a little larger than the average residential job: we had our two 5-ton furnaces replaced by two heat pumps, and had a third small ductless mini-split heat pump installed in a room that has always been a problem. We had wanted high efficiency units, but all of the good ones were back ordered by months. All Ac and Heating suggested light industrial heat pumps that were more efficient, about the same price, and in stock -- that's what we went with. Besides being amazed at how awesome heat pumps are, the folks from All Ac and Heating were great to work with. Our job required a crew of about 10 people for two weeks, and every person we interacted with was competant and caring. The arranged the whole process from getting permits, doing the work to a high standard, getting the tests done, and running through the inspection. All seamless.New York NY

Comments: All Ac and Heating Heating installed the HVAC system at our home and our experience was very smooth. The installation was done 3 years ago and we have had no issues since then. They took care of the inspection and made sure that the installation was done up to code. The entire job was very tidy.I called them for regular maintenance today and I was able to track the technician who was coming for the installation. Again very professional and knowledgeable.

Comments: We got a little nervous when we smelled something burning throughout our house, clearly coming from the furnace. Carlos came over immediately, and found that the circuit board wasn't working, thereby causing the blower not to function. Comments: We bought a new house with a new HVAC and when we started the furnace our smoke/carbon monoxide detectors went off and we got scared we had a gas leak. I called and he diagnosed the problem immediately, he was patient and asked for model numbers and provided the solution without even coming out. Comments: All Ac and Heating did an amazing job fixing our old AC. We moved into a new place and realized the first hot day that the AC was not working. All Ac and Heating replied promptly and sent someone the next day to check on the problem. Kenny was so professional and kind, changed our filter and thoroughly checked everything. He spent LOTS of time explaining how the systems worked and what our options were. We decided to go ahead with repairs and no one pressured us to replace our old system instead. Kenny was able to come back quickly and fix the system and we had our AC up and running within days of the initial call, just in time for the next heat wave.
