Comments: Our HVAC system was the original one that came with our home and was 35 years old. We decided it was time to replace it before it died in the middle of a heat wave. We went online and after doing considerable searching and comparing we decided to have All AC & Heating Heating and Air Conditioning install a new HVAC system and remove our old one. This was mostly based on the many, many positive reviews praising All AC & Heating. We met with the All AC & Heating representative Alex in our home and he evaluated our current system and asked what our opinion was of how the current system had worked for us. We explained the areas of our home that didn't cool well in the summer nor heat well in the winter. He then sat down and explained in detail what, in his opinion, was required to both heat and cool our home in an efficient manner that reached all areas of our home equally well. His explanations were clear and direct and he was very friendly, professional, and we believe honest in what he presented. We agreed with Alex that a three zone dual fuel heat pump install would be best. He laid out the cost, involved, the time line for getting it done and the amount of time the install would take. It took the large crew that came to do the install only a day and a half to remove all of the old system, including the ducting and then install the new HVAC system including all new ducting, some additional vents, install the new furnace and fan motor in the attic and place three thermostats, one to control each zone. They did a great job of keeping our home clean and putting down canvas tarps to cover the floor. We have now been through a week and half of 90°plus weather and the HVAC system is working flawlessly. All areas of our home are comfortable for the first time in the 30 years we have lived in it. In addition, the new system is so much quieter than the old one. We give our highest praise to Alex and the All AC & Heating team who installed our HVAC system. All AC & Heating could not have a more satisfied customer.Brooklyn NY

Comments: Our air conditioning wasn't working for over a year. We tried to fix it ourselves for a while and then called an electrician to work on it, but it stayed broken until Cory came to assess our HVAC. He was thorough to check the filters, attic, and outdoor unit, taking apart the controller as well to check the wiring. He quickly found that the problem was with our previous installation of the controller, and was able to fix the problem by adjusting the wiring within minutes. Cory was professional and kind as he explained what went wrong in the system and the work he was doing to fix it. We were surprised that he didn't charge us because no spare parts were needed. Comments: I cannot thank this company enough for all of their help and advice. I contacted All AC & Heating on a weekend late afternoon after having tried to reach the original installer of our central HVAC without any luck (weekends aren't the best time for stuff to happen), and within 5 minutes Alex from All AC & Heating called and spent considerable time trying to pin down the odd problem I was having with a 5 year old HVAC - it seemed the blower fan in the air handler, located in the attic, would not shut off as usual after the cooling temperature had been reached. After determining that I had a weird problem but not a serious one, Alex had his dispatcher send out an experienced installer within a day. Within 5 minutes, this obviously knowledgeable man had diagnosed the problem, fixed it and another glitch (thermostat) in the next 10 minutes, and then did a quick check of the entire system before leaving. Every contact with All AC & Heating staff along the line was courteous and professional. Since no new parts were involved, I was told I owed nothing. This in itself is amazing, but what I really wish to emphasize is the positive nature of every interaction along every step of the way with every person I contacted at All AC & Heating. My husband and I will be calling All AC & Heating from now on whenever we have any HVAC issues. Sal, the owner, was reasonable and fast with a quote. The techs were excellent on the the install and cleanup - one day. A problem with my 220v line was fixed by an electrician , the very next day, Sat. at 8 am. Two hours after, their tech came by, to check all the vent temperatures, 55 degrees. Comments: Our Heater was knocked out due to recent storms, but our house failed to heat after power was restored. Work Description: Our furnace stopped heating and the fixed it quickly
Comments: Our furnace stopped heating early last week. At first we thought it was a fluke but our house was consistently colder than outside, and we even had to use a space heater.I made a request for a quote on google and immediately received responses from various companies. We went with All AC & Heating due to their reviews on here, and their availability on that Friday.
The technician who answered our call was Kenneth. He and the All AC & Heating team kept us updated on when we could expect him and sent a photo ahead of time so we knew who to expect.
Kenneth told us what he was going to do and how long it would take. At the end of his inspection he informed us that because our furnace was old (1999), the furnace ignition ( or is starter?) had given up on us.
He showed us various options that included replacing all the other smaller parts that could fail given the age of our furnace. We knew we would most likely replace the system within the next year, so we asked for what the bare minimum repair package would be, as well as opting for the 2x a year maintenance visit subscription.
We paid for the diagnostic visit and Kenneth shared what we could expect in terms of next steps. Things went exactly as Kenneth shared: the parts were ordered and arrived within 2-3 business days and Kenneth came to make the repairs on Tuesday.
He also cleaned the external AC unit as part of the maintenance package and changed out the filters in the air returns.
We're definitely glad we went with All AC & Heating and very much appreciate Kenneth's calm demeanor, professionalism and expertise!

Comments: We had a wonderful experience with All Ac and Heating. Our job was a little larger than the average residential job: we had our two 5-ton furnaces replaced by two heat pumps, and had a third small ductless mini-split heat pump installed in a room that has always been a problem. We had wanted high efficiency units, but all of the good ones were back ordered by months. All Ac and Heating suggested light industrial heat pumps that were more efficient, about the same price, and in stock -- that's what we went with. Besides being amazed at how awesome heat pumps are, the folks from All Ac and Heating were great to work with. Our job required a crew of about 10 people for two weeks, and every person we interacted with was competant and caring.
