Comments: My husband bought the nest thermostat and decided late Friday night to install, few hours after installation the house was getting colder and colder, after few more hours it was close to midnight when we tried putting our old thermostat back on nothing changed we had no heat and we are now at midnight. When we called a few places some didn't answer and the ones that did was gonna charge us over 200 just to show up, right when we were bout to give in Quality Air called back when we asked how much service call was Ben stated that his service call doesn't change it was 69.00 no matter the time. He arrived and had our heat back on with in hour and half. Thanks quality air.Washington MO

Comments: I give Quality air 5 starts because I had a company come out and told me my unit could not be fixed and I needed a new one, I was in a tight spot at the moment. Quality air arrived and repaired it giving me another year out of my old system which helped me alot I turned around and had Quality air (Ben) do the new installation and he did a wonderful job would recommend Quality air to anyone.
