Comments: Progressive remodeling and roofing replaced my roof in December 2019. In mid 2020 I noticed a leak inside the house as we had nails on the ceiling drywall starting to break through and asked someone from the company to come out and look. When they did they said there wasn't a leak from the roof. The leak continued. In 2021 I hired another roofing company to replace my garage roof when they were providing a quote I asked them to take a look at the same leak and let me know where it was coming from. They informed me it was due to how the ridge cap was placed on the main roof. This was an additional $700 to get replaced. A couple months ago I noticed another leak in the roof and called progressive again. This time, Progressive told me the leak was from the soffit ( which apparently is not possible). Based on this, I have hired another company to replace the soffit, fascia, and siding on my house. When that roofing company arrived, they informed me a leak can't be caused by soffit and, after inspection, informed me that the starter strip was not laid properly. I contacted progressive again as I wanted them to come out as the roof is under workmanship warranty and even though they have taken my calls, no one has actually shown up. Once again, I will now need to pay another company to fix the issue they caused as this needs to be done before all the additional work can be completed.Based on all this, I do not recommend progressive roofing and remodeling. Even though they are quick to respond and provide a quote, the longevity of their work and total workmanship is not up to par.
