Comments: We had Robbie and his team cut down several trees in our yard, including one large one that was dropping large branches (some very large and right next to the front door ) and we were afraid the whole tree would fall. Robbie was backed up with work but fit us in because he confirmed the tree was dead and was in a dangerous situation as it could fall on our house. His team did a great job, working into the dark to finish the job, including clean up. Our situation required climbing the tree versus using trucks and Robbie has experienced climbers. Robbie told us we were lucky as that tree was in very bad shape and may not have made it through another storm. Next time, we won’t wait so long to take care of our tree situation. Comments: I have tried around 8 tree companies within the last 20 years, as I have a forest in my back yard. I had two popular trees each 100 feet tall in between my house and my neighbor's. The roots were a foot wide and had lifted up my foundation. There wasn't a lot of space between the houses. OMG, what a wonderful job they did! It was amazing the skills his workers had. They worked real hard in the hot sun for over 3 days. The owner was there the whole time to supervise. They even came over on a Sunday to finish the job, and they were suppose to be off! He kept me informed all 3 and one half days, I was so impressed with the workers, I kept making them lemonade all day, and bought them lunch to show the boys how much I appreicated the hard work they were doing. I would totally recommend them...but leave me some time open ...as I am using them again in December for another job here. They get a 10 out of 10!!!Summerfield NC

Comments: After contacting multiple companies and getting the run around, I was put in contact with Professional Tree Service. During the phone call I explained what me and my wife needed done on our property. During the property walk through we and the friendly representative from Professional Tree Service both listened and voiced safety concerns with trees close our house, carport, driveway, storage shed on and in-between neighboring properties and a date was set that day.Just a few days later a friendly and professional crew showed up. A quick review was conducted then they took care of all the tress previously discussed, limbs over hanging our master bedroom and our daughter’s bedroom, stacked what I will be using later this year and grinded a stump off the carport in a very friendly, safe and professional manner. Comments: This was a Remote Work Request. I live out-of-state. Robby from Professional Tree Service responded to my NetworX request the same day I submitted it. He was up-front with me from the start; asking questions to get a general idea of the project. I sent him a picture of the mess. He responded that he would go to the residence, evaluate the situation and at the very least make it safe.Well, he arrived the next morning and called me (long-distance). He explained that the tree was dead and about to come down and would not survive winter. It wold take out my neighbors garden house and my shed. We agreed on a price and he said he would start that day. My sister lives across the street from my property. She filmed the work. Fantastic, Professional, and Reasonably priced. I am very pleased. Should another monster tree need to be removed to protect my neighbors property and my own, I will call Professional Tree Service. They have the equipment, trained service technicians, and fair pricing. DONE OVER THE PHONE... Sweet, I am impressed.

He cut a tree branch and it landed on my power line to my house and ripped the wires out of my meter and the meter off the wall. their was no help from them to make it right, no phone calls or anything. when I asked for his insurance information he never responded, or called., or emailed me anything.he is a scam/ fake . they did not clean up their mess as they went along. they damages that were done beside the electric issues . the broke my light on the flagpole I had to buy a generator. to save most of my food. I was out of power for 3 days . the bricks around n the trees were damages, lost some food. had to go out to eat . they will not compensate you if damage. they will run , not give u any information nor answer your calls . sept 8 2017
