Comments: Where do I start. Proactive came to my home to install a heater for my tenant upstairs. I ordered a Williams heater from Home depo, but they informed my husband and I they wouldn't install that particular system due to where we ordered from and they would build us a perfect heater and install it (yet it was 2x what we had already ordered and sent back). When they were done with the monstrosity of a what looked like it should be in a warehouse and I went to see it I was floored and disgusted and told them to get it out of our rental because of how massive it was and way too big. They agreed to take it out and then told us to reorder the original from home depo and they would install it as soon as it came in, that never happened and when we called they never answered our calls. This place sucks as bad as Heritage and they to my discovery they are both tied into each other. RIP OFF COMPANIES WITH BIG NAMESExeter NH
