Comments: First He asked for $20,000 Downpayment even before the approval of permit, we trust him so we gave it. We requested July for the approval permit but was taking so long to approve they started the Job last October. That’s when He started buying the materials, and He showed me $21K receipt of the materials. But before they can start he needs another $20K and because we want our deck to finish we gave the check. Now, its been a month since they started they but all I can see is the half flooring of our deck, the sub contractors that he hired cannot proceed because there are no materials anymore. To cut it short we never see the $21K worth of materials, and its hard to reach him. I’ve been calling him but no one answer, and he doesn’t reply to my messages as well.Ingleside IL

They weren't the cheapest quote I got, but I preferred that they gave me a quote that was fair for the project I wanted and didn't try to low ball the quote, only to jack up the price later. Sal gave me an estimate that was lower than the other companies I called but the best part was that he kept his word and didn’t increase it as the jobprogressed. Comments: Sal and his crew were beyond excellent. When searching for a Contractor to do the work, I contacted at least five different Contractors; Sal was the ONLY Contractor who, not only called to see what we needed, but came to our house within an hour of our inquiry and provided us with a detailed quotation that included cost and the amount of days his crew would need to complete the job…Sal provided our quotation on Sunday, March 26th our job was completed TODAY (March 30th). We are more than impressed by the quality of work, the professionalism of Sal and his crew, and most importantly, the level of care Sal showed while his crew was here. His crew came on Tuesday (March 28th) to start the work and Sal came by every day (sometimes multiple times throughout each day) to check on the progress, his crew and would ask us how we were feeling about the process. Overall, our experience working with Alliance Pro Service was outstanding and we will definitely call them for additional projects we have planned and will absolutely recommend Alliance Pro Service to anyone looking for a Contractor. Work Description: Installed kitchen cabinets, ceramic floor tiles in kitchen and bathroom, and repaired wall plaster around doorway and window.
Comments: I was very disappointed with the timeliness and quality of the work provided. I needed to continually point out flaws that needed repair. This work was being done in a rental property and I wasn't always on site making it difficult to supervise and if you use Alliance Pro Service you will need to be closely involved in the project. The bathroom tiles were so poorly installed Sal refunded the cost of installation. Doors and cabinets were installed damaged. They used paint to mask damaged cabinets. The cabinets had plaster and grout on them. Wall trim needed to be removed and they were not going to repair the wall damage it caused. They hung the cabinets making it impossible to get in between the cabinet and wall to sand the plaster he used to fix it after I complained. They did not cover the doorways so all my freshly painted wall had to be cleaned of dust from plaster and grout in the other rooms. I found cigarette ashes on top of my paint buckets in the bedroom. They removed the floor base trim and damaged the walls. They installed ceramic tiles as floor base without first fixing the wall. All the ceramic tiles had to be removed, walls repaired, and reinstall the ceramic tiles. Nothing was ever communicated to me even though he had my cell phone number. The job should have finished at the end of November but did not finish until the end of December. I would not use Alliance Pro Service again.
