Comments: I had a very bad experience with this company. I’m not typically someone who writes reviews but I feel I have to in this situation. Long story short, they were unable to repair my roof and I have not received a refund.I hired this company to repair my roof in September 2021. They assessed my roof and assured me they could do the repair. They even guaranteed their work for 5 years. They did the work as planned, but my issue was not resolved as I had water in my living room with the very next rainfall. They attempted the repair a 2nd time and were unsuccessful again. At this point I requested a refund so that I can move on and hire a different company. The owner refused to refund me, so I felt obligated to allow them to try again. In total, 3 attempts were made and were all unsuccessful. Against my better judgement, I agreed to allow a 4th and final attempt. However, I was blown off 3 different times and no one showed up to do the work. Meanwhile, there were days of heavy rainfall which caused more and more damage in my home. The 3rd time I was blown off, the owner contacted me and stated he could not make it again because one of his workers was drunk. He then offered me a refund which I accepted. However, its been almost 2 weeks since we last communicated and I have not received my refund of 2050 dollars.
