Work Description: Flood restoration

Comments: In a few week it will be one year ago that the hard freeze hit Dallas. We had a pipe burst and much of our downstairs was flooded. There were so many details to getting things cleaned up, assessed and then fixed. Plus keep working. We couldn't have done it without ProNail and Monica Lucas. From insurance, to vendors, to color and material choices Monica lead us through the process. Simply put, she was a gift in our turmoil that significantly lessened the difficulty.
