Work Description: Garage door opening slow and gets stuck.
Comments: My first appointment was canceled, due to Eric no longer working for the company. Louis called me said he would be there on Jan 6th. A text mgs was sent to me the day before to confirm the appt. time 8am- 10am. I called after no Tech had arrived after 10am. The lady told me she would call them and have them get a hold of me. I never received a phone call from anyone. Waited all day today and still received No communication from anyone! Very disappointed and upset. This is no way to treat a past customer or any customer for that matter.-
