Comments: I would not recommend this group They are sloppy. They said they completed the job. Unfortunately we paid them before we checked on what they had done. They had not cut to the length agreed upo in some cases and some limbs were not cut at all. Much of the job was left undone. We stopped payment on the check and asked them to come back to finish their work which they promised to do. They came a second time without our knowledge and said they finished the job. This time we checked first and they had still left much of the job undone. Some limbs were not cut some were not cut all the way through. They came back a third time and this time we stood there and watched and directed them until it was complete. We did not appreciate the fowl language used. If you decided to use this crew,you will have to supervise them. Do not trust them otherwise.Medford MA

Comments: First of all, he totally forgot? the contract we had made the day he had come and walked the yard for tree trimming and cutting, when he had asked me to pay $300 in advance for the contract (and pay the rest on the day of work). So I had paid that portion believing he would follow up as contracted. We had scheduled it for about 2 weeks later. However!!The very day he and his crews were supposed to come (early in the morning), I texted him to remind, and to my surprise, he played “I don’t remember you.” So I had to try hard to help him recall our encounter. I even had to mention that my Ring video had captured our meeting as evidence. He later (a couple hours later) called and admitted saying he finally remembered, and he and his team would be coming to work later.
They did come. David and I communicated again which trees to be treated. Then he gave orders to his team in a language I don’t speak so I couldn’t know whether or not he was relaying my message correctly. He didn’t even mark the trees to confirm.
After the order, he left and didn’t come back.
Problems arose when I realized they didn’t trim the one I wanted. Looks like they counted the trees differently than I did. So I told the team about the very tree I had wanted treated in the first place. They then called David explaining the situation but again in a language I don’t speak so I had no idea what they were communicating. The phone call passed onto me so I started to talk with David. Then he just rudely yelled all the blames at me, including that they wouldn’t work for free and I would have to pay extra $500 for the one tree trimming . Well… I didn’t want anything for free. I wanted all the job done correctly and the way I requested. I tried to explain what I intended to communicate but he kept on yelling, not giving me an easy chance to explain.
Wow… I just had to give up on this nonsense conversation after some attempts.
I understand his crews worked as ordered by David. So I appreciate all the work they did. But!! I had such a bad experience with David from his initial mistake on our contact/appointment to the final insane communication. He is very short tempered, which is not a good way of doing businesses. Not professional at all!!!

Comments: He gave us a quote of 2000 $ . Showed up to fix two gate and one panel. He moved gate latch hardware up because gate was sagging. Told me originally that he would use concrete in post as a stiffener. Anyway one gate is already sagging, doing what it did before , it also has several holes where he drilled and missed. I told him I’d give him 1000( which was too much seeing how his work is already failing). He did this work 4 days ago. He refused to leave my property until I paid him . Then he said he’d take 1200. Comments: I hired this company to remove branches and cut up logs, removing all pine and leaving the Oak, from trees already downed. Their work was sloppy and I had to ask them to come back a second day. Logs were not cut all the way through, branches were left and strewn about, plus they did not remove all of the pine - throwing pine and oak logs into a pile, on top of large branches and other debris. They can back and cut some of the logs better and took a bit more of the branches, but left a pile of huge branches at the back of my property - out of sight so I wouldn't see it? The guy actually accused me of adding more trees after they had left the first day - I had sent him photos two hours after they left, so if I could actually fell more trees and add them, then I certainly wouldn't have needed them from the start. I would NOT recommend them to anyone since I gave them a chance to do better and they did not.Roslindale MA
