Comments: Similar to other reviews - Jeff D'Angelo (the name he used on my job), owner of Prime Direct Now (https://primedirectnow.com/) along with Steve Noble have stolen over $40,000 from me and delayed my job over 1 year. Jeff and Steve have got to be two of the most despicable characters I have ever had the displeasure of working with, and I hope they both rot in prison.- Took money for materials that were never delivered (criminal offense)
- Did not complete any of the contracted work (civil offense)
- Not one of a dozen sub-contractors got paid in full (ripped off every single one)
- Took money for a contract written to another company (sounds like stealing to me)
Jeff is so slimy, even after he agreed to pay me $10,000 to walk away from the job, he handed me a check that had already been cancelled! All it did was cost me bank fees when I tried to deposit it the next day ...

Comments: First off, I cannot provide many details as I have a pending criminal investigation ongoing with the owner. Jeff, you know who I am in northern Oakland county...Do not work with Prime Home Services & Design (DBA Prime Direct Now).
Jeff D'Angelo is a name that is fictional. His real name is Jeffrey Allan Skodak. You may want to investigate his history as there are numerous felonies that were changed to misdemeanors through plea deals.
The business address at the Renaissance Center is fictional. It was generated to ensure certified mail would not reach him.
Jeff's method of operation is to find a known contractor in the area/industry to be the face of his company. Multiple names - Steve Noble, James Ciarmataro (another felon). Others who are pursuing criminal charges that are legitimate people as well. Jeff will offer a great price then mention that the face of the company is stealing from him and either increase the price of the contract or just collect the funds and not pay the contractor.
Be aware of the companies KODA, Prime Home Services & Design, Prime Direct Now, Debt Bolt, Inc. They are all shell companies.
I am in contact with multiple victims ranging from Lapeer, Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne counties.
One of the latest is an elderly woman that is on oxygen and social security. She paid Jeff ~$2600 to fix her roof. She was rewarded with some caulk and a tarp!
A different situation involves a woman who is mentally impaired.
Jeff, we know who you truly are. Jeffrey Allan Skodak - Columbiaville High School graduate in 1999. Sexual harassment claim in 2006. Financial "services" for a decade, debt acquisition since 2017. Should I keep going?
Jeff, please try to deny this post or have one of your acquaintances write a good review. This will fit in with the trends of what you do with all of the other posts on different websites.
