Comments: Awful company, refused to do two coats of paint. The owner job literally yelled at both me & my husband on the phone because we said they missed a bunch of spots. Touch up has so far taken a month.. they just told us they put their ladders away until Spring.
The job was completed and the house looked amazing. Because it was a stark color change, there were some areas that needed more paint. Touch ups were needed and I explained to the customer that touch ups would be completed in spring, as it was already too late in the season for exterior painting. We returned in the spring and took care of everything and the customer was happy.

Comments: Had my bedroom painted 8 x 10 the paint came out OK he spackled crack in my wall that looked horrible I made him redo it.
He wasn’t very happy and left my house a mess when I left my vacuum cleaner had paint on it and down the hallway and into the bathroom there was all kinds of spackling mud that he didn’t even bother to clean up.I sent the owner a photograph and a message but he ignores me stay away from his business you can do better

Work Description: Painting & Drywall Repair

Comments: We had some drywall tape showing in our ceiling. They removed the tape and mudded and we now have cracks in our ceiling we never had before...looks horrible! John, the owner, says they don't offer warranty on any drywall repair. He wants more money to fix what they did. I feel we were taken advantage of. Paid a lot of money for inferior work. When the guy was done, he even said he wasn't a drywaller! A better name for this company would be Prep Wrong.
I personally stopped by to respond to their concerns. They were offered a more costly option to install an expansion joint seam which allows for movement. Convinced that their house had stopped settling, they opted for the less expensive option of replacing the ceiling joint with paper tape. The new paper taped seam had wrinkled and torn, which happened due to structural movement, something that we can not warranty. In good faith, I offered to deduct what they paid for the initial repair from the cost of installing an expansion joint which would remain in place even with structural movement. They declined this offer.
