Work Description: Initial install & thermostat repairComments: Stay away from this company! I paid over $11,000 for a Lennox unit from this company 2 1/2 years ago. Not only did they jack the price up over $2200 more than any other company, I also found out after they never ripped out and replaced the copper in the attic... Which is what should have been done! Simply, due to the fact that it was a completely new unit installed inside and outside of the home. When I called and questioned the owner "Tim" about the copper issue he stated to me "prove it" and then hung up the phone. Now 2 1/2 years later, I call Premier again, this was in June 2021, due to my thermostat not working properly as a matter fact the screen was blank. The technician they sent over clearly had no idea what he was doing just by the way he was acting not to mention the fact that when he stepped outside he stated, "oh this is one of those high-end units, I know nothing about these." Then begins to make numerous phone calls to try to find out what to do next. All the while, I can't believe what's going on right in front of me. Not only did my thermostat never get fixed. I was told it was out of warranty. Although, I called Lennox personally and they stated it has a five year warranty for the thermostat alone and the new HVAC system has a 10/10 warranty on it. Instead of honoring the warranty and doing it the right way Premier were trying to force me to spend $1400 on a new thermostat, $350 to install it, along with a $189 a month subscription for service related issues! WTF???? Then the technician tried to force an $89 fee on me prior to leaving my home in which I refused. However, they took it upon himself to take my credit card information from the install 2 1/2 years prior and utilize it to pay said $89 fee. I'm pretty sure that's illegal!
