Work Description: Bathroom Remodel Disasster
Comments: VERY POOR RATING Brian Prendergast is the most dishonest person I have ever met Unfortunately you are required to select a STAR I know he will attack my review... But I can assure you he will not post pictures of the poor work and the lack of responsiveness You will see Months go by and no shows or updates on completion of work. Brian asked me in court what makes me an expert...And I responded that in my lifetime I have never seen grout around a Bathtub and completely used throughout a bathroom tile job. In my opinion DO NOT CONTRACT WITH this COMPANY He will make every effort to sound as if a client is vindictive and not knowledgeable but if your bathroom bathtub is damaged and tile not properly installed you will have water damage inside the framework of your house. HINT if you are contracted with this company review industry standards and installation from repatriable companies. In the state of Colorado any sub-contractors do not have to be licensed. Buyer Beware ATTACK RESPONSE FROM BRIAN SOON! Also Note Google reviews are from people like me that have been lied to by Brian. He will make every effort to attack anyone that does not agree with him. Brian stated that the pictures of the tile work were not his work in court.... He does not do any of the work Predatory Business Practice-
