Comments: Rich is a great salesman but his floor started peeling within a week. He said he'd fix it and dissappeared. Doesn't answer calls and doesn't stand behind his work. Be careful with this guy and his fly by night company.Mattituck NY

Comments: HORRIBLE!After a few weeks, the top coating on the floors started to peel off. Rich has come twice to look at the floors, has promised a plan to remediate but has NOT COME THROUGH on either. This was abt a $6,000.00 floor refinishin job and now we have to have it redone by someone else because of his failure to come redo what his company screwed up. DISGRACE.
