Comments: i will never recommend anyone to this company and when i do hear someone talking about tree trimming i will tell them to never use this company,they didn't do the work that was supposed to be done and they were very Rude and were even trying to intimidate me,i'm notifying my attorney about this matter
Sorry to hear about these issues sir but we cannot fix issues that we are not aware of you never once reached out to our office to discuss this issue if you have we would have done everything we could to resolve this my research indicates that you were originally quoted almost $800 and you asked what you could do to get the price down to $500 and then we were able to make a one time offer to downgrade the services and provide you with $500 worth of trimming Unfortunately we could not have provided $800 worth of work for only $500 I am terribly sorry that you feel this way and if there is anything we can do please feel free to give us a call anytime . And with all due respect you did clearly request to top out the tree and remove approximately 10 to 15 feet never once did we discuss trimming the sides of the tree
