Work Description: I recently contracted Precise to switch out my hot water heater. After doing an exhaustive online search and reading all of the reviews, I decided to give Precise a chance. Anthony responded right away the day that I needed him. He came by to take a look and gave me a competitive price for the job needed.
He was very polite and expediant in repsonding and getting the job done right. Anthony and his helper were very polite and clean once onsite and even did me a great favor of taking away the old hot water heater tank. He also went beyond the call by doing some custom work to fit the tank in the space that it needed to go in. It was a good experience to work with someone who did not give me the run around. I was fully satisfied that the job was done quickly that same day. The replacement could have turned into a major headache but i am very satisfied the way it all turned out.

I am very grateful for these online reviews as this was the main reason why I decided to call Precise. Anthony is a straight up guy and I would definitley recommend his company and his work to anyone of my friends in need of a plumbing expert on Staten Island or Brooklyn etc.

Work Description: for once an HONEST contractor. I called Precise to schedule an appointment to check my Navien combo unit that kept tripping my breaker and Precise is one of the very few manufacturer certified Navien technicians on the island. When I explained my situation, the guys at precise told me about a simple workaround that I could do my self to fix problem and it worked. They could have easily scheduled an appointment and charged me for a service call but they were honest enough to tell me it was a common problem with tankless heaters and told me how I could fix it myself over the phone.

Work Description: Life saver. Fourth of July weekend, Saturday night the water heater tank decided to break. Called home depot and their people don't work on weekends or holidays, totally useless. We did a search on the internet and found Precise plumbing and heating. Anthony came over Sunday morning and in a couple of hours installed our new water heater. We never got the chance to miss not having hot water because he came over right away, worked quickly and professionally. We definitely will be calling on Anthony again. We can't thank him enough.

Work Description: Unfortunately for my family, our Navien system was installed by inexperienced plumbers; which caused a huge flooding in our 1 year old brand new home. Thankfully we found Precise plumbing and not only was he able to arrive the same day we called, but he was able to resolve the issue, he educated us on what was the proper way of handling the system. We now have an experienced and knowledgeable company that we can trust and be upfront with us. When we asked if should have some work done in our home and my in-laws; he was honest and told us it wasn't necessary. Work Description: Got a broken outdoor faucet. Called in the morning and came in the afternoon. Finished the job in 15 minutes. It's reasonable price. Anthony is very friendly and helpful. Completed the job which was a fire hazard in an efficient timely manner and the work was excellent. Work Description: Anthony is knowledgeable, professional, and follows up after work is completed. He installed a tankless heating system in my home over a period of two days. He left the basement - where the old boiler and furnace was - spotless when the job was completed. I'm very happy with the new tankless system, it runs quietly, saves tons of space, and aesthetically, is pleasing to the eye. Anthony was patient in answering my questions and knowledgeable about the system. More importantly, he knows how to install it properly. I plan to use this company in the future for any plumbing/heating needs.

Work Description: I had a pretty decent experience with this company. I called then about 10 minutes before they closed because I came home to a kitchen drowning in water. They came first thing the next day and tended to the skin. The issue ended up being that the hose from the faucet had a tear in it. The guy left to pick up a new hose and was back inn about an hour to install it. The whole thing cost about $250. I was happy with their prompt service and their ability to diagnose and fix the issue in one go.
