Work Description: Switches/Outlets/Fixtures - InstallComments: $400. to put in an outlet which took 1 1/2 hrs seemed expensive to me
Work Description: Switches/Outlets/Fixtures - InstallComments: Overall I rate this guy a 2
He is a ride dude
Work quality not too good
Charge me almost$300 to fix a light and replace a gfcj switch.
He was on time.
Work Description: exterior lightingComments: I was pleased that the contractor set an appointment with me very quickly , but neglected to tell me there would be a $175 show up fee whether any work done or not.
The technician came at the time promised and was very capable. He diagnosed the problem and recommended repplacement lighting and a path way solution that I felt was perfect. He completed replacing the 5 exterior house lamps that morning and committed to the pathway light solution a soon as the parts were delivered.
I believe I have been charged too much for the exterior lights installed and the pathway solution is more than i expected, but i could not get competitive estimates because of the up front $175 sunk cost and getting another estimate would have meant additional sunk costs.

Work Description: breaker and clock repair for inground pool.Comments: First visit was good. Scheduled to come back because part had to be ordered. Didnt show up so I called and Vince said oh was that today. So he told me he would send someone by 1:30. Well another call came with another excuse now was told 3:00 in the afternoon. He finally made it the third time. He said he turned off the breaker so the pump wouldnt come on since we need a part for it before we can run it. Only to get up the next morning to a flooded yard and our pool drained 7 inches. Now I call to tell him what he did and he says we went back and turned it on are you kidding me. I now have to spend another 225.00 dollars to replace the water after paying him a high price for his work. I would never recommend him to anyone.L Richard
Work Description: The Main breaker, which I could not find as it was outside and hidden to me, popped, and all power was down.
The electrical receptacle in the kitchen is not GFCI safety protected.
The 125-amp electrical service panel does not appear to be proper.
One AC socket had no 120v output.
Besides being a nice guy in talk and appearance Steve is very professional and knows what he is doing. Steve fixed all of the above problems in a timely and professional way. He replaced the Main breaker as that should not have blown. I tried to be Mr. Electric guy and got clumsy which blew the Main breaker.
I would call him again, in a heartbeat, if I needed more electrical work done.
