Comments: Made an apportionment for AC tuneup June 3, 2020. Was given an appointment date of June 30, 2020 between 12 pm and 4 pm. On June 30th I called at 4:15 pm and told person that they had not arrived. She took my name, address and phone number. I waited until 5 pm and called again. Gave person again all my contact information. I was told I would be called back. At 5:30 pm I called again and told them to forget it. I received no calls from any on connected with POMPEII. POMPEII IS NOT GREAT AT ALL!!Elyria OH
