Comments: I had a leak in bathroom sink that was causing no hot water I'm shower called and they came right out repaired the leak replaced that needed to be replaced only took a few hours and was worth every penny spent for as quickly it was done to them working around my schedule made my experience that much better. will definitely my go to plumbers from now on. and will be recommending them to everyone I know.Surprise AZ

Work Description: Dishwasher repair that lead to chaos, false charges
Comments: RUN!!! My mother hired Craig with Plumbing Response Team to look at her dishwasher. He magically found multiple things to "fix". Quoted her $300 to install a pressure regulating valve, that turned into $1269 (with no invoice provided or explanation prior to charging). He then charged $3500 that she had no idea about. There was no work done and certainly no invoice. I found out about the charge when I was reviewing her credit card statement. Again, no invoice. He claimed she had multiple leaks, had fans brought in, started tested for asbestos and lead paint before he was going to rip apart her bathroom. We stopped him, had our plumber come out to give us a second opinion. Our plumber spent 1.5 hours thoroughly reviewing everything, taking pictures and sent a detailed report the next day saying there was no evidence of a past or present leak. Meanwhile (even though payment went through) Craig has harassed my mom through phone calls and texts trying to get her to pay this $3500 (again)! We had asked Craig for a copy of an invoice for the supposed work done to deserve $3500 and he got irate, threatened legal action and said he would put a lien on my mom's home. First of all, the amount WAS paid, but we said we needed an explanation/invoice/proof of work completed, and he wouldn't do it. I think he preys on the elderly. Choose ANYONE but Craig and Plumbing Response Team LLC.
