We had to redo restroom floor, daughters room flooring, upstairs hallway flooring, remove carpet from stairs, rebuild a wall in the entrance, remove all downstairs flooring, paint the entire downstairs, and redo the garage ceiling and a portion of a wall. I called 4 contractors and decided on David. He made this process so easy with no stress. He communicated with me every single day, and always made sure I was happy with the days work. Their team were all professional, courteous and timely. The work was great, the price was very affordable so much that I was able to add my wish list, and all of this work was completed in about 3 weeks. I highly recommend them and their team. Comments: I called this company when a pipe ruptured beneath my house. Deedra was wonderful and was out within an hour. The initial week of work went well - people were here every day, kept my home neat and clean as they worked, and seemed very professional. We were comfortable enough to leave for a week, which was a huge mistake. What we came back to was absolute hell.The house was completely trashed. Piles of debris were left on the floor, everything in the entire house (even inside the closets) was covered with dust, the refrigerator was unplugged and moved off (with our now spoiled food still inside), and many other issues. We continued to have issues until the end of the project - urine and fecal matter left on toilets, coming home from work to find doors that had been left unlocked, more messes, delays, excuses, etc.
This was an insurance claim, and Stephen assured me that they handle claims administration on my behalf. I gave them the insurance check, and rather than send it in to my lender's escrow as required, they simply endorsed the check and deposited it themselves (despite not even being a payee on the account). Stephen told me it was a mistake... yet it was a mistake they have refused to correct for months. Meanwhile, my lender continues to call me about the claim. The allegations of financial impropriety in another review on here do not surprise me in the least.
I've worked with a lot of contractors for a lot of years in my line of work. This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had with any of them. Avoid at all costs!

Comments: Well, so we started with the floors because my dog had chewed literally every corner in the dining room and living room. We went from carpet to luxury vinyl. It is stunning. When David came in, he found that the same perfect dog had chewed some of the lower parts of our kitchen cabinets. They're from the 90s so I wasn't too attached to them. We then just decided to redo it all. IT IS BEAUTIFUL. I love the work and would use them again. The ONLY down side was that the installers didn't always show up on time. Luckily, I'm from a family of contractor and I do understand how hectic it can be. It was worth the money, for sure.Houston TX
