Description: 20% labor if scheduled by April 1st 2024. Deck building, landscaping, interior remodeling, anything we do I make sure as absolutely perfect and to code. A string line, level and our proficiency doing the work will show that your project is in good hands. Lots of pictures of past work to show exceptional quality.

What sets us apart from other contractors: Weather the homeowner knows or not...I take extra time on projects making sure things are overdone in quality and/or past code requirements so that there is no question if i did the homeowner and project as good as i possibly could.

We are best known for: My attention to detail and letting the homeowner know status and when i am showing up every day. The little details done well create respect from the customer.

Work Description: Odds and ends repairs in home.

Comments: Erik came out the same day that I talked to him. He was professional and knowledgeable with the work that needed to be done. I had one item that needed repairs that a previous handyman could not repair that Erik was able to fix. I definitely would use Erik again and would recommend him.

Work Description: The work was never accomplished.

Comments: The contractor failed to show up on the first day of work due to "his phone losing all of his contacts and appts". We rescheduled for another day (Saturday) and he failed to show up again due to "being sick for several days". Both times I had to call and find out what was going on. A down payment was made for the work which will supposedly be refunded. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I called Lee immediately after this review posted to make a second attempt to make sure he was happy on his end with my efforts. My phone somehow reset the night before I was to show up ..losing my calendar and other notes that pertained to his job and others. Things happen out of our control. I'm not seeing how this reflects on me or my company. Same thing for getting sick a couple days prior, and I am still sick as of today and had to put off or lose a few jobs this last week, but you wont see any reviews from them, because again,.. things happen out of our control. We can only do our best. Addressing the stars.... Punctuality: (1)?? I called him the second I got a message from him. A bid was given within one day. Scheduled within a couple days after that. Quality: (1)?? I'm always very professsional and attentative to every detail and didnt get to do work for him by his choosing, I tried to reschedule. So overall I guess I am at a 4.75 And yes he will be refunded the down payment.
