Comments: What a nightmare! The roof HAS FAILED INSPECTION THREE TIMES here in Huntington, WV! We went through Lowe's, who used a third party contractor - Platinum Home Remodeling/New Horizons General Contracting. Long story short, after a roofer put a hole through our kitchen ceiling AND failing three separate inspections, the roof/ceiling still hasn't been fixed and we can't get an update or timeline from anyone... it's been FOUR MONTHS!!! We're getting lawyer to find some sort of resolution. BUYERS BEWARE! Do NOT use Platinum Home Remodelng for your roofing needs!-
